The house features a mix of textures, including carved light brick, granite floor tiles, and concrete wood, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere. A private courtyard offers homeowners a green spot and a creative space. The main living areas are connected by a patio, accessible from the dining room, living room, and master bedroom. The simple landscaping design requires minimal upkeep, and the dining and living rooms provide cozy spaces for family and friends. Each bedroom has a large window that allows natural light and air flow, with the master bedroom having a clear view of the courtyard. The front of the building features big windows, breeze blocks, and solid walls, with Lee Kwan Yew creepers enhancing the arrangement.
